|oh cool... it's raining in town now (for probably the only time ever in the game)... the area in front of Jovani's house is a puddle so the cats have left that place and are now wandering around the east road.. giving me hints about taking that sick person on my back to Telma's bar, where they took the sick Zora kid... also in south road there's a frog I never noticed before...|
if you go in the bar through the open door, you get kicked out.. then Louise, the white cat, comes out of the window to greet you. She knows you're Wolf by the smell... Midna whispers out "Please... Zelda..." and the cat tells me how to get to the castle through the waterway. You're probably able to go there without meeting Louise if you don't get caught once.. also while sneaking across the ceiling you can listen to a Goron pacing around, saying he needs to escort Telma but can't go out in this rain... and Telma is complaining about the town soldiers being too cowardly to do anything about the monsters surrounding all roads of the town... also you overhear those 3 other Team Hero members just now learning that Wolf, the stranger they were rude to before, defeated the beast that was attacking people on Lanayru Bridge...
the path from the bar's ceiling connects directly to Jovani's house for some reason... I killed the poe in there, and looked around at all the amazing decorations... Jovani asks me to kill the 20 poes to restore the curse that he got because of selling his soul for riches... oh and also his house is flooding..
he opens the giant treasure chest somehow, and says that leads to the waterway... wtf so I guess Jovani's house is really the hidden passage to the castle, not Telma's bar? Jovani tells me I'll be able to dig in here through the ground once the rain stops.
lol you immediately get assaulted by a rat when you fall down into the waterway... the rest of the rats aren't a threat though because they're helplessly swimming around in the water.
I love the atmosphere in this place... it gives off major LttP hyrule castle vibes... also I guess those skulltula enemies aren't killable in wolf form without twilight powers, since you can't knock them on their backs..
finally I get to a familiar part of the waterway... I see the tunnel that I used to crawl through the first time, but now the water is back up so I can't go back that way... I get to the spiral tower, and I'm noticing there's a lot more enemies here now.
I get to Zelda... Midna asks not about saving herself, but about how to undo Wolf's curse... Zelda tells Wolf, the hero chosen by the goddesses, to seek the Master Sword in Faron Woods... she says that Wolf has the goddess's spirit in him just like she does (shows her triforce mark)... Zelda then gives Midna the ability to live in the light world, against Midna's wishes.. because in exchange Zelda vanishes (probably becomes a twilight spirit)..
