|Episode 12 - Too Early for End Roll - Be desperate and draw something fascinating.|
The plot kinda peaked during episodes 7-10, and these passed couple episodes have been nothing but boring exposition and filling in some details and setting up for the next big confrontation.
Alicetaria confronts Blitz, saying she's read his story and is unimpressed by his cold-heartedness. She still misses Mamika a lot, and still thinks Meteora killed her.
Oh, so there's more to the Sota + Shimazaki story. Shimazaki messages him for the first time in a long while, and says that she's feeling down about her career and isn't sure if she wants to keep drawing or not. Sota's jealousy and feeling inferior gets to him and he writes "I've never been in that position, don't ask me," and that was the last she heard from her in a long while... until he gets a message from her that sounds a lot like a suicide letter. She left behind a new character hoping that people will love it before killing herself. Then later he got a call from Shimazaki's mother, confirming her death.
So yeah I guess it does make sense that he blames himself for it. He was obviously very important to her and the only thing keeping her happy, and he just became very cold and stopped talking to her with no explanation. Meteora tells him it's fine as long as he regrets what he did and is determined to make up for it by helping to stop Altair.
Alicetaria is torturing her creator and trying to get him to write more of her story in a prison cell... then she grabs him by the legs and flies around with him while asking him a bunch of questions about his philosophy on creation. She wants to confirm what Sota told her, about how her creator is doing this for the good of the world... he manages to convince her.
Meteora's group is discovering more about Altair, and they find out that she's been increasing her powers through other artists creating fanart of her. Blitz's creator then suggests using that against her. They can create some fanwork that makes Altair less powerful and confine her into a story world and destroy her there... so they need to create an epic crossover story. Meteora instructs the creators to start creating spinoff stories to prepare the cage for Altair...
I dunno where this is going, but there's no way it's gonna be as easy as they're making it seem. I bet Sota will have to make us of his creative skills at some point. Yuya and Kanoya are hyped for this plan and can't wait to fight Altair, Magane, and Blitz some more in an unrestrained story world.
Blitz tells Altair that Alicetaria went and freed her creator. Altair introduces a new creation character that she got on her side... I think this is Selesia's friend from her world.
