|Episode 4 - The New Girl is a Big Sister|
Oh btw that red haired girl who came back for that lewd magazine asked for a job at Stile right at the end of ep3, and she's also revealed to be the one who wrote that magazine. Maika is really intimidated by her and doesn't know how to react when she gets called "senpai". Now she sees this new girl (Miu) being really good at serving customers with a "competent big sister" role, and she tries to copy her but just keeps messing up and falling back into her sadistic role. She tries to remember a costumer's order for a sandwich with extra tomatoes and no pickles, and instead she brings him a sandwich with extra pickles and no tomatoes.
The manager tries to console Maika, saying he likes that she's unintentionally sadistic, and she can only act sadistic towards him in response. Miu is watching and is like "I can use this"
Miu later learns that the manager and Maika aren't actually going out yet, and their relationship is very one-sided at this point. She says it's better that the manager holds back on confessing his feelings because this is the most interesting stage of a relationship, implying that even if he doesn't get rejected and it works out, it'll all be downhill from there.
I'm enjoying Miu's addition to the cast, she's really good at bluntly pointing things out.
The manager reads off some customer's comments... Mafuyu is really popular and everyone thinks she's the perfect little sister character. Kaho is liked by people that come in playing video games cuz she joins in and plays with them... the green haired guy has a fan even though he's mostly in the kitchen... Someone says Miu's big sister character is nice, but she's missing something. Miu assumes they meant she needs bigger boobs. And Maika's fans want her to be even more sadistic.
Mafuyu gives Maika some times on acting more sadistic, but she's way too nervous and polite to pull it off. So then everyone puts her through a training program, making her watch various shows/games with sadistic characters, and then suddenly she's transformed into a completely different character. Everyone agrees this is too much, and the manager tells her that she needs to tone it down and start smiling more again. Her normal self when she's trying to act friendly is just the right level of sadistic.
