|Finished that other world forest section, and defeated "Keke Bunny" and added her to the town.|
I found out that using the green ribbon attack during boss battles is a good strategy. just shoot charged shots with it from a distance, and it heals you a bit and you can focus on dodging... up until now I was mostly using the yellow or red charge shots to try and get max damage, while meleeing in between the enemy's attacks... well, I guess it depends on the boss... red is probably best for the ones that don't move around a lot.
Apparently that was enough to get to the next chapter... I didn't need to do everything in the todo list cuz I got some allies earlier than I was supposed to I guess...
The parts in between chapters where you are in this modern city area, and being attacked by guys with cameras... I still have no idea what this is about... and there are different versions of Erina that come and attack you... also this Erina boss battle has some abilities that I haven't found yet, like the purple ribbon attack and the air dash.
Now at chapter 4... I have like 72% map completion, 61% items obtained, 22/50 easter eggs, 7 hours played so far
holy crap, that underwater boss was so hard... barely beat it on like the 5th try, mostly using green shot and a lot of hammer attacks.
That snowy area boss was actually really fun once I learned all her patterns. She jumps around so much that the green charged shot is the only move that makes sense against her. used hammer a bit but not much.
lmao, NOW I get the item that lets you move normally underwater.. after I beat the underwater boss
Suddenly I seem to have gotten a lot better at this now. I'm beating level 70+ bosses like they're nothing...
That Spectral Cave rainbow crystal boss was awesome...
hmm let's see... I have enough helpers to move onto Chapter 5 now I guess... but I still have these things left in the todo list:
Search for helpers at Sky Island Town
Head to the highest western part of Starting Forest
Find Nixie at Icy Summit above Azure Snow Land
I know where most of those are, except for the Sky Island Town, so I may as well go do those next.
