|Episode 11 - The Monster Under the Eaves - We cannot decide where we go but you can.|
Selesia's author stays with her at the hospital until she wakes up, they have a nice heartwarming discussion about the power of the fans how made it possible for her to gain new powers...
There might be people who think of it as entertainment. But for me, I didn't write it just for fun. For me, writing your story is proof that I lived.
Meanwhile, Sota is still sulking and hating himself for not being able to help Selesia and Meteora. Then Kanoya shows up and gives him some motivational talk while taking him out for a flight... He used to be like that as well, but then when he came to this world he started to appreciate his role more.
Instead of mourning for the past, it's better to create.
People who save the world exist because there are worlds that must be saved. Who's going to create those worlds, Sota?
Meteora has recovered, and has something to tell everyone. Sota already knows what she's going to say, and takes over for her. He finally confirms that he knew about Altair all along, and that her creator is a friend who he killed... It goes to a flashback scene showing when he first met Shimazaki online. She liked his drawing of Selesia, and he looked through her drawings and liked them a lot too. Then they met at a convention and got along really well, but after Sota heard that she got a job drawing for a production company, he no longer felt worthy of talking to her, and broke off contact. Then he saw people online start accusing Shimazaki of plagiarizing her work. He wanted to write something to try and defend her, but was too afraid of making things worse... and then he actually felt happy when she got fired and was brought back down to his level...
Really, that's it? I guess he must've assumed she committed suicide after that... unless there's more to the story, then Sota is way overreacting to blame himself for her death so much to say that he literally killed her.
